Just a little statement for our values, we disrespect and create an impact against discrimination of all kind:
Racism. Every thinking, spoken word and all actions (positively or negatively) that create a hierachy or status of groups or individuals or reduces them on steriotypes or justifies physical, sexual or psychological violence of all forms based on the biological sex or choosen gender based on origin, culture or skin-color .
Sexism. Every thinking, spoken word and all actions that reduce an individual or a group on sterotypes, blocks his/her/them personal developement and self-determination (generally and sexually) or justifies physical, sexual or psychological violence of all forms based on the biological sex or choosen gender.
LGTBQ*-Phobia. Every thinking, spoken word and all actions that present the LGTBQ*-Community as minor to the binary-gender-thinking or even justifies physical, sexual or psychological violence against LGTBQ*-Individuals or communities.
Discrimination because of age, handicap or illness. Every thinking, spoken word and all actions that create a hierachy or status of groups or individuals or reduces them on steriotypes or justifies physical, sexual or psychological violence of all forms based on the age, handicap, an illness a person is affected by or its specifique phenotype.
Because we think:
Every human-being has its natural right to live a peaceful life in this world!
No one needs an excuse for beeing born and every individual deserves support, when needed and life-conditions that make the optimal self-developement and self-determination possible!
Each individual has the right to live without discriminative or ideological projections by other individuals on it.
The more free an individual is able to build up its own personality the better it will have a good life and can also create a positiv impact for this world!
Finally: what really counts for each individual is the beauty of the mind - not if it is inside of a body fitting in the ,norm'.
